Any personal information provided is confidential and handled within the strict parameters of the FCRA and will not be sold or shared with a third party. Card numbers are encrypted for your protection.
- Consumer Agreement

I have read, understand, and agree to the terms herein. My acceptance is the same as my signature.
- Shipping & Delivery

We will ship books within three business days. Allow at least a week for delivery.
- Sales Tax

No sales tax is charged on classes as they are service items. Books and special items are taxed by the city of Scottsdale and the state of Arizona.
- Warranties

Once one student has paid and enrolled in a class that is offered on open enrollment, we will teach that class, even if we have low enrollment. That is our commitment to our students that sets us apart from many other schools.
- Return Policy

Please be sure you are ready to order a class. WE CHARGE CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING FEES. The reason: We depend on orders so we can provide the best education possible by managing each class size.
Cancellations: *
o With notice given more than five business days prior to your scheduled class date, you will be charged a $25 handling fee and we will refund you the remainder.
o If you cancel less than five days before your scheduled class date, you forfeit the tuition paid.
Rescheduling: *
o May be allowed and you will pay an additional handling fee. Call the office we will make every effort to accomodate you.
* For the Professional Investigator course check your refund schedule.

Class times are as posted. Our administration hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F.

Classes are held at 7418 E Helm Drive #200, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 unless otherwise specified. Class times are given in the class description.
